I have to say that most of us in the call center have had a crank caller at some point. How many times has this mildly entertaining waste of company time happened to you?
I've had two calls: one asking to store dead bodies and the other asking for permission to copulate in his storage unit. Although his words were a little more colorful. Naturally, I offered the dead body caller a climate controlled unit. The other caller was told that he would have to check with the manager and that I could forward him to the manager's voicemail. It was just too lame to have fun with.
