I believe that breathing and smiling are great for results. I believe that it is also very important for for the phone reps stress level and also for the fun they have while on the phone.

| A smile really does come across on the phone ... you can hear it....listen to the customer.... let them finish what they have to say try not to cut them off... breathing will help. |

| Absolutely. Customers are much more receptive to our reps when they feel like our reps actually care about handling the call. If you come across as too hasty--or too serious--it's harder for them to identify with our approach. Likewise, it's important to smile in the face of our irate callers. Kill em' with kindness and you may regain control over the conversation--turn a bad call into a well-handled call. |
