| It has become apparent that we need a more structured way to train our new reps (and some of our older reps) how to use SiteLink properly. How do you guys feel that we should go about doing this? It's O.K. for trainers and supervisors to go over SiteLink info as it is needed (i.e. when new hires encounter their first SiteLink call), but I feel that a bit more structure could really improve learning retention. I'm always willing to help out, by the way. I wouldn't mind working with new hires specifically for SiteLink purposes. Just let me know! |
