If you have received a request to E-mail rates and location information for a StorageMart location, you can go to the following yahoo account: storagecoupons@yahoo.com.
Your password is: followup.
Look at the folders on the left and open the folder for the location you received the request. For instance, if you have received a request to E-mail rates and location information for Big Coppit Key, you would open the "Big Coppit Key 0516" folder. There you will find a pre-formatted E-mail for that facility. Simply type in the unit size and rate that was requested, and send out the E-mail. Make sure you inform the potential renter that the E-mail will be coming from "storagecoupons@yahoo.com"--Laurie
