| Sometimes we all do. It's like pulling teeth at times and I think we all have to be aware that we are doing it because, we are adding to their scores. |

I think a lot of times the customer would have hung up the phone long before our shopper does.
It's a tricky balance between delivering the most accurate service and delivering what the client wants... |

| I think that it is hard not to do, but we have to do it. This lets them know that they are not being as helpful as they should with thier customers. |
