***Shoppers*** Please take note of the deadline given to you each month you accept your shops to work from home. If they are turned in past the deadline you cannot be paid because we have already gone back and searched through our files for those calls (creating a LOT more work for us). Making the calls is only a part of the process. Let's keep the month on track so we can keep the end of the month deadline on time.
**SHOPPERS** Be sure your phone calls are not too leading - we want to assess the manager's job, not how good you are at asking questions. HOWEVER, do not cut the manager off or rudely end the call. Be a happy-medium of both.
