The call center is really burning up with calls for boat storage . Fall and winter are just around the corner, and everyone has started to price shop around for the best rates. Alot of discounts and specials are being offered by many facilites to lure customers their way. Of course, we know that the cheapest price is not always the best price, and that quality should never be overlooked.

Im only enrolled in 12 credit hours too so my school shopping list was a little different this year. I only spent 25 dollars on books, I know. It was one book for my political science class. The only other thigns I had to buy were the basic pens, pencils and a notebook. I use my laptop so much Ive really cut back on paper. I am taking a graphic design class this semester and Im loving it. For this class we are working entirely on hand made projects learning about visuals and making things eye catching. I had to purchase a few art materials including different drawing pencils, glue, rulers, erasers, and markers. It brough me back to gradeschool when I had to purchase the exact same things. I even bought a pencil box this year as storage for my art supplies in.

I made a tremendous mistake, trying to cover up the original mistake. On Good Friday in Canada, I sent a lady to the store. She had her movers and was devastated when she got there and the office was not open.

What I did was go online to storage places in Canada, and find someone that was willing to help. I sent the lady there, then went and told someone what I had done. At the back of my mind I knew not to do that, but it didnt actually click not to do that. I was basically trying to help the customer before I got in trouble for not reading my screen correctly.

I promise never to do that again, and except all punishment for my actions.   If I were in a climate controlled space I would of been cool about it.

Well it is refreshing to come back to work after being gone for a short bit.  My son had been sick last week and boy I wish I would have had a storage chamber to put the germs in.  If the flu is going to hit hard I hope it does not affect us here in the call center.  That would not be good.  Hopefully everyone gets vaccinated agains both strains this year, it has already started with a bang.

I went to the store the other day and bought several plastic storage containers in different shapes and sizes.  We have a variety of odds and ends like magazines, craft supplies, and sports equipment laying around the house and the garage, so I am hoping these containers will help us to get more organizes.

I have a friend at work, she is a rather funny friend, that makes me laught quite regularly. She has a very good storage place that she carriers with her at all times, portable storage , I guess you could say. She keeps her cell phone, her money, and god knows what else. I think I might start carrying my portable storage with me as well.

It is funny to me how people can have a negative idea or give a bad reputation for a call center . They are there for a reason, which is to provide good quality customer service to the caller or customer. After they are helped with their question or concern, I like to hear their sound of relief because I know they are satisfied with the service provided.

Acknowledging statements are so important when someone is trying to find local self storage .

It seems that they are not taken advantage of by so many company employees. You can hear it day to day when you walk into a store and ask a question or call a business. You ask a question and there is no response unless it is the specific answer to your question.

This is such as important and little thing that makes a world of difference when communicating with others. It tells the other person that you are there for them and that you hear what they are saying and that you are about their needs as a custmer.
