Otra parte importante de las llamadas que causan impresion en los clientes es la cantidad de informacion que le transmitimos a estos, la mayoria de los clientes no les agrada por ejemplo, cuando un representante de una compania de almacenes o de un centro de recepcion de llamadas les informa acerca de las amenidades o facilidades que su compania ofrece y lo hace en forma prolongada que mantienen al cliente en el telefono por largos periodos de tiempo. La información que se transmite a los clientes por medio del telefono debe de ser concisa, no le podemos informar a los clientes de cada detalle de la propiedad, deberemos transmitirle información general, pero si contestar las preguntas de los clientes con información adecuada en caso de que los clientes quieran mas detalles acerca de una de las amenidades o facilidades que la compania ofrece a sus clientes. Generalmente recomendamos que los representantes les mencionen a los clientes por lo menos tres amenidades de su compania, y posiblemente mas si el cliente tienen una objeción al momento que se le pregunta por la reservación.


Informacion detallada, concisa, profesional, sonreír a los clientes, ayudarlos con sus necesidades son los puntos principales que un representante debe de tener en cuenta para poder causar una buena impresión a sus clientes.
