Most storage places are busy, especially during the winter months. And if they are a safe personal storage facility they are usually going to have a waiting. So the best thing if you are certain that you need the space is to reserve. This allows you to put that thing in the back of your mind and check off get a storage space from your to do list. It also gives you peace of mind.

Im only enrolled in 12 credit hours too so my school shopping list was a little different this year. I only spent 25 dollars on books, I know. It was one book for my political science class. The only other thigns I had to buy were the basic pens, pencils and a notebook. I use my laptop so much Ive really cut back on paper. I am taking a graphic design class this semester and Im loving it. For this class we are working entirely on hand made projects learning about visuals and making things eye catching. I had to purchase a few art materials including different drawing pencils, glue, rulers, erasers, and markers. It brough me back to gradeschool when I had to purchase the exact same things. I even bought a pencil box this year as storage for my art supplies in.

Dick and Jane are rushing to the airport because they know that they will have to go through the new enhanced security and that could take some time.  Neither one have flown since 9 11 and not sure what to expect.  After arriving and checking in they head toward security and stand in the long line.  Finally it is their turn and Jane puts her carry on on the conveyor belt to be scanned and she steps through the metal detector.  As she comes out on the other side the security guard pulls her aside for a search.  They detected something in the bag that made them suspicious.  After going through her bag they came upon some of Janes toiletries and that was the suspicious items.  Evidently these days when you fly you can no longer take liquids on the plane because of an alleged terrorist plot involving liquid explosives.  Jane was not aware of this and they confiscated her make up, contact lens solution, and perfume.  Jane was a little perturbed due to the fact they were traveling to a foreign country for the first time and was not sure she would be able to replace them overseas.  Security then said as long as she had clear plastic storage containers she could take them in the carry-on and you could conveniently buy them at one of the gift shops.

Dick and Jane decided to go on vacation overseas.  Dick had done a great job in his new postion and was rewarded with a two weeks vacation in Brussels.  Having had experience with long term airport parking Dick decides to search for car storage close to the airport.  He knows that airport parking is too expensive and he wants to have a nice dinner of moules and frites when they get to Belgium.

Grandparents Day found me working. Still, I was able to visit with my grandbabes a bit in the afternoon. They are so full of energy and they still know how to enjoy the simple pleasures of a rope swing, flips on a trampoline and anchoring Gram to the ground when it is time to leave, by wrapping their arms and legs around my legs and sitting on my feet. NOOOO, Grammy, you cant go. It is nice to be loved.

Tomorrow their school is hosting a grandparents breakfast that I will be attending. I have learned to live without all of my personal belongings, currently in storage , but I do not think I will every be able to live without their hugs, kisses and squeals of delight.

I have a friend at work, she is a rather funny friend, that makes me laught quite regularly. She has a very good storage place that she carriers with her at all times, portable storage , I guess you could say. She keeps her cell phone, her money, and god knows what else. I think I might start carrying my portable storage with me as well.

Man i cant stand stand clutter it really annoids me to be around cultter.  My sons mom is a bonafied pack rat.  Shes quick to buy anything new that comes out. She also loves going to garage sales as well, but a lot of the time the stuff just sits there not being opened for months on end. i would say shes a perfect cannidate for of someone who needs extra storage space in a big way.

It feels good to get important responsibilities out of the way early. I dont think I have ever properly anticipated or prepared for moving homes though. So often within the last month of my lease I will need to scramble and find a new place to live but inevitably this maneuver ends in me couch surfing with friends for a while and briefly renting a storage space for my stuff. One day ill get my act together.

It is very important to store oil paintings in climate controlled storage to ensure the color and lines of the painting do not distort. Art is very valuable so it makes sense to put a little more money into keeping it safe. Storage is also a safer option than keeping it at one's home because things like kids and pets can also put the painting in danger. When keeping it in a storage unit the only people who would ever be able to access your unit would be you.

If you need storage it is always a good idea to plan ahead. Despite the obviousness of this statement I have fielded so many phone calls at 9pm on a Sunday night from folks looking to rent a space that night. Of course these sorts of conversations almost always end with the caller needing to stop in on Monday during normal business hours. At least most of the time these folks recognise they have put of their responsibility too long and kind of expect this result, whether or not they like it.
