Also, using a basement for storage is fine, but make sure that everything you are storing is in a safe spot where there is no possibility of it falling of injuring anyone, especially you when you are working out. Storage basements are great to use as a work out room, just make sure you take in to consideration the safety precautions just mentioned.                                                    


Also, when working out, you never want to over do it. Make sure that you work out a healthy amount. Some people get carried away working out. They do it every day for way to long of an amount of time. That is not healthy. Make sure that you are more careful, especially if you have any health concerns. Make sure that you consult your family physician first before making any commitments to exercise. You may make too big of a commitment. Remember, it is important to be healthy and be happy about your appearance, but no one will be happy if you end up injuring yourself while exercising or if you completely wear yourself out while exercising.             


When working out, make sure that you stretch. Stretching is extremely important when exercising.  You should do this before and after exercising. Stretching prepares your body for exercise and it also helps you to cool down after exercise. Also, stretching helps keep your body from getting injured while exercising. Exercising can be very active, and if you have not properly stretched there is a much better risk that you might hurt yourself. You dont want to overextend something, or break something, or even sprain something. So be careful, and always make sure to stretch.                            


These are simply a few guidelines to follow when working out. Keeping your body in shape is important. You should definitely keep working out if you already do. And if you do not already work out, it is something you should definitely consider. It could truly help you to live longer. Just remember, exercise in a safe environment. Check with your doctor to see how often you personally should exercise. And always stretch before and after exercising.
