Some people say that turning sixteen is a rite of passage for teens. Driving becomes a responsibility to be taken very seriously. Having a car is not as fun as it always seems. Most people can not afford to pay for their childrens car insurance. They also require gas money, and money for repairs and maintenance. It is not always the good times that you imagine with you and your friends ridding around town. Going to where ever the road may lead with the windows down and the music up.
