Here at the StorageMart location on Northwest Prairie View, we like the fact that we are considered a very friendly staff. We can say that we try to know everyone that we come in contact with and try to address them by their first name. We always answer the phone with our names, so we always ask the customer for their name upfront. We believe this will help us build rapport for the conversation that is to come.

There will be people that will call our Kansas City storage facility that will not want to give us their name up front. We do not want to press the issue, but we do like to know who we are talking to. This is especially true when the customer is calling us by our first name and then they do not give us their name. We believe that a friendly introduction is always good when trying to conduct business. Some people believe that it is an invasion of privacy. All of his life Greg had heard how much he looked like a cartoon character. There was a popular show on television and Greg looked just like on of the characters. Random people would always come up to him and ask him to do the voice for his character. It used to bother him, but he is use to it by now.

On this cartoon the main character drives around in a van. Greg had always thought that it would be cool to get a van just like the one in the cartoon. It would just enhance the perception. So he began to search for a van like the one from the cartoon. It took him a while to find one, but he eventually did.

Orion knew that it was time to make a change in her life. For the past two years she had been running and hiding from life. No more hiding she decided.
