On the whole, people seem to be very happy with the services that we offer, and rightly so. Though some people feel bad about selling an additional monthly bill to a caller, I think about things in an entirely different way. Really, I think that I am doing my callers a favor by selling self storage units. Think about it:
 
When someone decides that they need to call us, they are usually dealing with a moving situation, an overcrowded home, or some sort of emergency. Though we are going to cost them a bit of their money, we are doing them a great favor by helping out with any of these dilemmas. Furthermore, we are doing them a favor by stressing that our availability is limited; that they should reserve a storage unit with us as soon as possible. Most of the time, our callers should not be procrastinating any further. They are already dealing with enough stress. "If you reserve with us now, you can check that chore off of the list--and I'm sure that the list is getting pretty long, right?" I will often ask. Generally speaking, I am right!
 
Really, though, if you are a self storage customer , do not hesitate to tell your property manager how you feel about the services rendered. If you can offer some constructive criticism, you are only doing yourself, and all of us, a tremendous favor.
