If you were ever to come into our call center at night, you would quickly realize that we are a happy self storage salesforce . Honestly, this is one of the best jobs I have ever had.
 
Never before have I had the opportunity to relate to so many people that I work with. You are always introduced to your coworkers, but a lot of the time (at least in food service) you never get the chance to meet with them and talk genuinely. Here, though, we have to talk with each other to stay up to date and efficient. Because of this, we have very good group chemistry.
 
Our call center makes an effort to bring people together. We are sometimes asked to fill out and display a survey that specifies our personal interests. These, I have to say, are always fun to read. You learn a whole lot about your coworkers and their interests. And really, my coworkers are some pretty interesting people.
 
I suppose that it is incredibly important to maintain morale around here. Indeed, a sad, stressed self storage salesforce would not make for many storage rentals. It is great to know, though, that this morale is not forced; that all of us really like working with each other, helping each other, and sharing a few laughs every now and then.
