We had a call from a customer who was moving to a new area. She did not know the area well at all, but she knew she needed storage and was afraid she would get to the facility after they had close.She had called a facility, where we could move her in over the phone take the payment and give her a unit number. The relief her voice was truely a pay off for the rep, to know she had helped this customer.
