Dealing with Complaints
Taking care of complaints can either be a problem or a blessing. I know what your thinking there is no way that a complaint can be a blessing. How ever I am currently reading a book called Complaints Are a Gift. The whole premise of the book is that we can improve our residential moving companies by listening to complaints and taking corrective actions or adding new products and services to make our clients lives easier.
Also the book talks about if a customer has had a complaint that has been dealt with in a professional and complete way they are 80 more likely to become a loyal customer. Also clients that have had their complaints dealt with are much more likely to recomned your residential moving companies to their friends and acquaintances.
