Our TQA a.k.a. Total Quality Assurance department is going to have a very, VERY busy February this month. Not only do we have more secret shops to do than ever, we are adding self storage follow up monitoring and there happens to be a few days missing in this month, like a 29th, 30th and wow would I love a 31st.

As far as months go, though, November and December are always the toughest. The holidays peek around the corner and it is difficult to reach the managers before they go on vacation, and to get our work done in the office before we go on vacation.

I am glad we have seen, and continue to see a steady increase in our clientele for call center and TQA alike. We have a great team working behind the scenes to make sure all our phone calls are answered flawlessly Thanks Pollard, Bob, Lucia, DJ and Kay you keep the call center running.
