I don't understand

One thing I can not understand sometimes is just the way people think. I believe deep down inside that people are fundamentally nice, but sometimes I can’t figure people out. I was talking to a friend of mine in Fairfield California and he said the same thing.  Its like not matter how far people are from you they have the same problems in Fairfield California as we do in Missouri.  People do what they can sometimes just to make other people’s life difficult while other’s do the opposite. We have people that are doing to do a great job every minute of every hour while they are being paid, but then there are people who are going to sneak around and ensure that they do as little as possible to stay employed. I can not figure it out. The self storage industry is hard enough with competition to have people within our walls that are not committed to doing the job they are paid for. If people have to wonder what you are doing and what do you do, then maybe you should try to re-examine what you are doing. Stop trying to get by with doing the minimum required in order to get a pay check. If you are property manager, you should take pride in your facility and the way it looks. If you are a stay at home mom that does mystery shopping for some extra cash, go all out and help that company the best you can. I just don’t understand people sometimes and the way they think and act. But I will tell you one thing though. The only person that you are hurting is yourself.

I am sure that everyone that calls us are good people some of them are just having a streak of bad luck.  The storage facilities that we answer calls for really help them out.

We should all give our property managers a pat on the back.  Who knew that a storage unit could be a matter of life or death??

This is very true for facilities that provide rv storage and car storage, too.
