Julie is a wealth of knowledge. Good thing we have her as our trainer. Maybe she could brainwash the trainees into asking for a reservation if she hypnotized them with cinamon rolls. One bite and you're nearly asleep.

The people who own the Sub-shop are really nice people as well. They are locally owned and they work hard to support the local economy and keep the money in the local economy. I believe that for every $1 spent in a local business 70 cents stays local and recirculates. Where as a corporate business for every $1 ONLY 30 cents stays local.... If you are curious about the power of the local dollar. there is a great group called AMIBA

The social network computer was a great idea. It makes it so easy to check messages during the day and is a nice change of pace for the breaktime.

I'm glad to hear that you like the call center. It is a great place to work. I enjoy my job, too. Actually I miss taking calls. I would much rather take the call than make the call. I guess because of the extensive training and my experience. I can't wait to come back and get started. Soabout how long have you worked with us?
